摘要
爆炸复合法是生产金属复合材料的主要方法之一。采用爆炸复合法制取的金属复合板强度高、焊接成本低,有优良的后续加工性能,在各行各业发挥着重要的作用。爆炸复合法的基础理论研究一般是利用ABAQUS软件或CEA软件进行数值模拟,确定工艺参数,研究复合板在热加工过程中界面及结合强度的变化规律,主要偏重于复合过程。笔者结合2018年对部分爆炸复合板企业的调研情况总结了爆炸复合法在市场应用中的优缺点,提出爆炸复合技术除了技术瓶颈外还面临着环境污染、爆场批复困难等现实问题,并对问题进行了分析。
Explosive compounding is one of the main methods for producing metal composites.The metal composite plate made by explosive compound method has high strength,low welding cost and excellent follow-up processing performance,which plays an important role in all walks of life.The basic theoretical research of explosion complex method is generally to use ABAQUS software or CEA software to carry out numerical simulation,determine the process parameters and study the change law of interfacial bonding in the thermal processing process.The theoretical research mainly focuses on the composite process.Based on the investigation of some explosive composite plate enterprises in 2018,the author summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the explosive composite technology in the market application,proposed that the explosive composite technology is faced with practical problems such as environmental pollution and explosive field approval difficulties in addition to technical bottlenecks,and analyzed the problems.
