摘要
本文以高强船板 DH40的合金化成分设计为前提 ,研究了钢坯加热、控制轧制、控制冷却、正火工艺诸因素与机械性能的关系 ,提出了在小压缩比情况下的成分设计和生产工艺参数。结果表明 :合适的工艺制度和最佳化的合金成分设计 。
This article,taking alloying composition design for DH40 high strength ship plate as precondition,makes a study of relationship between various factors of slab heating,controlled rolling,controlled cooling,normalizing process,etc.and mechanical properties,composition design and production process parameters in the case of low reduction ratio are put forward.Result shows that with proper process system and optimized alloy composition design,excellent mechanical properties can still be obtained under the condition of low reduction ratio.
