摘要
利用空间自相关Moran指数与面板数据空间计量模型,对1997—2009年我国29个省域的碳排放绩效的空间分布特征及影响因素进行了空间计量经济分析。结果发现:我国区域碳排放绩效在空间上存在较强的正相关性,表现出明显的区域集群现象,提高某一地区的碳排放绩效水平将有助于带动其相邻地区碳排放绩效水平的提高。对外开放水平、能源消费结构、产业与产权结构、市场化程度、技术进步和能源价格等因素对我国碳排放绩效有显著影响,其中技术落后和市场化程度偏低是制约我国碳排放绩效水平提高的主要因素。
This paper applies Moran index of spatial statistics and spatial panel data models to explore the regional cluster and influential factors of carbon emission performance in China' s 29 provincial-administrative regions during 1997-2009. The resuhs indicate that there is a positive correlation of regional carbon emission performance in China; carbon emission performance distribution is featured by spatial agglomeration; the carbon emission performance in one region is positively re- lated to that in its adjacent areas. The influential factors of carbon emission performance include the level of opening up, the structure of energy consumption, the structure of industry and property right, the degree of marketization, technological progress, energy price, and so on. Among them, poor technology and the degree of marketization are the bottleneck factors in the improvement of China's carbon emission performance.
