摘要 综合国内外文献,本文通过运用SML指数对我国1998~2009年省域连续性CO2排放绩效进行测算,进而对其区域空间差异和影响因素进行分析。研究结果显示:我国各省市CO2排放绩效总体上呈增长态势,主要是源于技术进步的贡献;影响因素方面,R&D人员、经济发展、产业结构对CO2排放绩效呈显著的正效应,能源强度、能源结构负效应显著,R&D强度影响不显著,存在间接调节作用。 Based on the literature, SML( Sequential Malmquist-Luenberger)Index is adopted to estimate the continuous CO2 emission performance of provinces in China from 1998 to 2009. And, the regional difference of this performance and the influential factors are analyzed. As the research results, we found that : The increase of CO2 emission performance of provinces in China are all contributed by technical change; Regarding the influential factors to the CO2 emission perform- ance, R&D professionals, regional economic development, industrial structure all offers a significant positive effect, while energy intensity, energy structure both presents a significant negative effect, and the intensity of R&D plays an in- significant influence as indirect moderating effect.
