摘要
本文介绍了一种具有数显记录和语音播报功能的法布里-珀罗干涉测微仪,测量长度和位移范围在2mm以内,测量对象可以是各种薄片和细丝等。与其它干涉测微仪相比,具有更高的灵敏度和精度。文中分析了测微仪的各个部分的工作原理,运用它测量了铜片的厚度。
A new Fabry-Perot interference micrometer with digital display and voice broadcast function is introduced in this paper. The micrometer with error 2mm can measure the length of any kinds of sheets and filaments. Fabry-Perot interference micrometer has higher sensitivity and precision compared with others micrometer. The working principle of Fabry-Perot interference micrometer is introduced and it is used to measure the thickness of copper.
