摘要
本文介绍一种新型智能气动测微仪 ,它集微机技术、气动测量技术、气电转换技术于一体 ,通过微机进行分段线性计算 ,可实现大量程、高精度多参数测量。文中介绍了气动测量原理 ,重点阐述了微机进行分段计算的原理方法 。
This paper presents the research of a new intelligent pneutronic micro measuring instrument. The Instrument can measure many parameters simultaneously with high accuracy and wide range. It combine microcomputer technology with pneutronic measuring technology and modern electronic technology and segmented regression are performed by the computer. In this paper, the priciple of pneutronic measurment and segmented regression are described.
