尽早经鼻持续正压通气在婴儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭治疗中的疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的探讨尽早应用鼻塞持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)在救治婴儿重症喘憋性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭中的价值。方法选取2011年10月至2013年3月重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组在综合治疗基础上给予NCPAP,观察两组的治疗效果。结果 NCPAP治疗组患儿血气分析改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经NCPAP治疗组较对照组明显缩短临床症状改善的时间、平均住院天数,且未增加平均单人次总体住院费用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽早应用NCPAP,可改善患儿肺氧合、纠正低氧血症,并不加重高碳酸血症,能有明显缩短住院时间,降低再感染,提高高峰期床周转率,是一种值得基层医院推广的治疗手段。
