摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对GCL13型鼓形齿联轴器进行力学性能分析,分析结果真实全面地反映了轴线对中及轴线偏转1度两种工况下该型号鼓形齿联轴器的应力分布状态,并将应力结果与赫兹接触理论计算值进行对比,从对比结果可知用有限元法可以更好地修正传统接触计算的偏差。
Analyze the mechanical properties of the GCL13 crown gear coupling by ANSYS software on the two conditions of axis alignment and axis deflection of 1 degree, the results real reflect the stress distribution of GCL13 crown gear coupling. And compared the results with Hertz contact theory calculations, the result can be drawn that the finite element method can correct the traditional Hertz contact theory.
