摘要
本文按照边界积分方程直接法,从三维弹性静力学基个微分方程和相应的边界条件出发,建立了该三维问题的边界积分方程,然后采用离散插值方案数值处理技术,化其为边界元方程,最后在微机上对一鼓形齿联轴器啮合时弹性变形作三维边界元计算分析,结合参考文献[1]对该鼓形齿联轴器在转过一个齿距角的过程中各瞬时的实际接触齿对数进行研究,提出了考虑弹性变形后的研究结果。
This paper studies a series of theoretical problems of elastic deformation of internal and external gears on the state of multi-gear contact with 3-D BEM. It is new to do deep theoretical research upon the multi-gear contact problem of the crowned teeth coupling. On the basis of all these, the paper builds up multi-gear contact mathemetics model of the crowned teeth coupling and gets the number of actual contact teeth of the crowned teeth coupling influenced by specified load.
