位移圆半径对鼓形齿联轴器周向齿对承载性能的影响研究

摘要 为探究位移圆半径对鼓形齿联轴器周向齿对承载性能的影响,通过理论计算得到位移圆半径,建立多组位移圆半径下鼓形齿联轴器全齿对啮合的分析模型,开展不同倾角工况下的瞬态动力学仿真,分析不同位移圆半径下的等效应力和齿面接触应力,获得了不同倾角下位移圆半径与周向接触齿对数量和应力的函数关系。结果表明:位移圆半径和倾角会对接触齿对数产生不同程度的影响;位移圆半径会影响齿对在倾角作用下等效应力的增长率;对中状态下,周向各齿面接触应力相同,且与位移圆半径呈负相关;不对中状态下,倾角会影响周向各齿面接触应力的整体水平,接触应力的最大值会随着位移圆半径的增大而呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,位移圆半径最适合在1.40d~1.64d内取值。 In this article,in order to explore the influence of the displacement circle radius on the load-carrying performance of the circumferential tooth of gear couplings,the displacement circle radius is identified by theoretical calculation,and the ana-lytical model of the whole tooth pair meshing of gear couplings with multiple sets of displacement circle radius is set up.The tran-sient dynamic simulation with different inclination angles is carried out;both the equivalent stress and the tooth surface contact stress with different displacement circle radius are analyzed.The functional relationship between the displacement circle radius and the number and stress of the circumferential contact tooth with different inclination angles is worked out.The results show that the displacement circle radius and the inclination angle have different effects on the number of contact tooth.The displacement circle radius affects the growth rate of the equivalent stress of the tooth pair with the action of the inclination angle.In the center-ing state,the contact stress of each circumferential tooth surface is the same,and it is negatively correlated with the displacement circle radius.In the misalignment state,the inclination angle affects the overall level of the contact stress of the circumferential tooth surface.The maximum value of the contact stress decreases first and then increases with the ever-growing displacement cir-cle radius.The optimal range of the displacement circle radius is 1.40d~1.64d.
