摘要
为了研究自由锻造压机侧隙量对压套与上、下梁的接触状态以及上、下梁强度的影响,以Abaqus软件为工具建立了多个接触对的有限元模型并进行了不同侧隙量工况时的计算,分析结果表明:侧隙量越大,压套与上、下梁的接触状态越来越好,但是上梁以及下梁的变形、最大主应力越大;经过反复计算得到侧隙量取1.57mm时接触情况较好,且应力值在100MPa以内,研究成果对于如何设定侧隙量有一定的参考价值。
In order to study the influence of the open die forging side clearance on the contact states be- tween each platen and pressing sleeve, the strength of top and under platen as well. Finite element model of multiple contact pairs were established and different lateral clearance quantity conditions were calculated by the software Abaqus. The result show that the larger the amount of lateral clearance quantity, the better contact conditions be- tween pressing sleeve and each platen, while the deformation of top and under platen and the maximum principal stress become greater. It is found that the better lateral clearance quantity can be considered as 1.57mm after repeat- ed calculation and stress value is less than 100MPa, which have certain reference value for how to set lateral clear- ance quantity.
