摘要
基于并联机构设计了一种新型对称式多连杆液压压力机结构,分析了该新型液压压力机的运动原理,推导出其输入输出位移、速度和力之间的关系表达式,同时结合推导公式以及实例说明这一新型液压压力机在结构和力学性能方面的突出优点。该新型液压压力机具有刚度高、承载能力强和结构可重构等优点,其结构对大型液压压力机具有很高的参考价值。
Based on parallel mechanism, a new type of multi-linkage hydraulic press with the symmetrical structure was designed. The kinematical principle of it was analyzed, and the relationships between the input and output position, velocity and static were formulated. At the same time, the obvious merits of structure and mechanical property for it were illustrated by the formulated equations and the given example. The new hydraulic press has some advantages, such as high rigidity, high load capacity and reconfiguration structure. The mechanical structure of it has a high reference value for the heavy hydraulic presses.
