摘要
提出了提高多级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动系统动态性能优化设计方法。重点论述了系统动力学模型的建立,运动微分方程的求解方法和优化数学模型。由于系统动力学模型考虑了多对齿轮的转动惯量、时变啮合刚度、误差、阻尼以及轴的转动惯量和刚度,因此,所建立的微分方程式是多自由度时变方程组,对此,本文采用模态分析法与状态空间法相结合的方法进行求解。在此基础上,建立了提高齿轮传动系统动态性能优化设计的数学模型。实例计算证明,动态性能优化设计后的齿轮传动系统,其动态性能有明显的改善。
The many stage helical gear train system optimal design which takes the dynamic properties as an objective function is presented. The dynamical model, moving eqnations and the mathematics model of dynamic properties optimal design are discussed. Because in the dynamical model of system, the intertia, time-variable mesh stiffness, error,damping of the many pair gear & the inertia and stiffness of the shafts are considered.So that, found moving equations are many freedom time-variable charateristic, sloving the time-variable nonliner characteristic equations, we use the method to combine the model analysis with the state analysis. On the base, the mathmatics model of dynamic properties optimal design of gear train system is found. Calculating example shows that the dynamic properties of the gear train is advantage.
