摘要
目的 通过试验对健之素消毒剂的杀菌作用进行科学评价。方法 对健之素消毒剂的三种应用浓度进行定量杀菌实验。结果 2 5℃条件下 ,作用 5分钟 ,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均可 10 0 %杀灭 ;作用 10分钟 ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞均可 10 0 %杀灭。有机物存在时对该消毒剂的杀菌效果基本无影响。结论 健之素消毒剂为广谱高效、速效灭菌剂。
Objective To evaluate the sterilization efficacy of Jianzhisu disinfectant.MethodS the efficacy of killing microorgznisms in three different using concentrations of Jianzhisu disinfectant were obcerced by experiment.Results The killing rates if Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus exposed to it for 5min and spores of bacillus subtilis varniger for 10min were all 100%.Organic substance had no significant influence on its sterilization efficacy.Conclusions The Jianzhisu disinfectant is a high efficacy and inctant germicide.
