摘要
目的对消化内镜清洗消毒的现场清洗和消毒效果进行测试。方法设未清洗消毒组和清洗消毒组,从内镜的操作部、吸引阀、器械通道和前端分别取样,标本送细菌室培养,鉴定一般细菌、芽孢菌、真菌、抗酸杆菌和幽门螺旋杆菌。结果清洗消毒组总体消毒合格率为73.3%。结论机洗前的人工清洗十分必要。
Objective: To investigate the cleaning and disinfectant effect of a digestive endoscope washer. Methods: Two groups were set up. They were: without cleaning and disinfection group; with cleaning and disinfection group. Samples respectively collected from operating section, forceps valve, forceps channel tube and distal end section were tested for general bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, mycobacteria and helicobacteria pylori after bacteria culture. Results: The general qualification rate of with cleaning and disinfection group was 73.33%. Conclusions: It is necessary to wash by hands before cleaning and disinfection with washer.
