摘要
目的:研究藻酸盐印模材料与消毒液直接调拌对微生物的杀灭效果。方法:用0.25%NaCIO、0.525%NaCl0、1%84、0.5%84、0.25%84消毒液调拌藻酸钾印模材制作实验样本,以无菌生理盐水调拌相同材料做阳性对照和阴性对照,分别接种枯草芽胞杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌(以下简称金葡萄)、绿脓杆菌并在接种30min和60min取样,经培养后计算各组样本的CFU数并进行统计学分析。结果:0.25%NaClO、0.525%NaClO、1%84、0.5%84在30min和60min均能完全杀灭大肠杆菌和金葡菌,对枯草芽胞杆菌的杀灭率分别为43.6%~46.1%、61.5%~65.6%、63.7%~66.4%、50.0%~54.7%。对绿脓杆菌的杀灭率分别为60.9%~60.9%、68.5%~70.7%、72.2%~74.1%、66.3%~66.8%。而0.25%84对大肠杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、金葡菌和绿脓杆菌的杀灭率分别为53.7%~52.7%、29.3%~35.5%、56.0%~60.1%、35.6%~34.9%。统计学分析表明,0.25%NaClO、0.525%NaClO、l%84、0.5%84对4种微生物各自的杀菌效果没有显著性差异,但显著高于0.25%84的消毒效果。结论:0.25%NaClO、0.525%NaClO、1%84、0.5%84可完全杀灭大肠杆菌和金葡菌并有效杀灭枯草芽胞杆菌和绿脓杆菌,可用于口腔印模的消毒。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of disinfection of alginate impression material mixed with disinfectant. Methotis: The study samples were made of alginate impression material mixed with 0.25% NaClO, 0. 525% NaClO, 1% 84, 0.5%84, 0.25%84 and distilled water respectively. The B. subtilis, E. coli, S. aurues, P. aeruginosa were studied at 30min and 60 min. The CFU was calculated and the experiment data were analyzed with the SPSS 11.0 software. Results: The E. coli, S. anrues were completely disinfected by 0.25% NaClO, 0.525% NaClO, 1%84 and 0.5%84 at 30 min and 60 min. The disinfectant ratio to B. subtilis by those disinfectant at 30 min and 60 rain were 43.6% -46.1%, 61.5% - 65.6% , 63.7% - 66.4% and 50.0% - 54.7%, and it was 60.9% - 60.9% , 68.5% - 70.7%, 72.2% - 74.1% and 66.3%-66.8% to P. aeruginosa. The disinfectant ratios of 0.25% 84 disinfectant to E. toll, B. subtilis, S. anrues, and P. aeruginosa were 53.7% - 52.7% , 29.3% - 35.5% , 56.0% - 60.1% and 35.6% - 34.9%. There had no significant difference within 0.25% NaClO, 0.525% NaClO, 1% 84 and 0.5% 84 to 4 kinds of micro - organisms. Conclusion: 0.25% NaClO, 0.525% NaClO, 1%84 and 0.5%84 are all effective disinfectant to B. subtilis, E. coli, S. anrues, and P. aeruginosa.
