健康教育对康复期精神分裂症患者康复效果的对照研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察健康教育对康复期精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法:将204例符合CCMD-3的康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(n=102)和对照组(n=102)。对照组仅接受药物治疗,研究组合并健康教育,为期6个月。采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、自知力与治疗问卷表(ITAQ);护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)进行评定,观察康复效果。结果:研究结束时,研究组BPRS、ITAQ、SQLS评分较疗前均有明显减少(P﹤0.01);研究组的NOSIE总积极因子分、病情总估计分均较疗前明显提高(P﹤0.01);而对照组各项评分变化不明显(P﹥0.05)。结论:对康复期精神分裂症患者进行健康教育,能提高患者的疗效及生活质量,能改善患者的社会功能,有利于患者的康复。 Objective: To study rehabilitation effects of health education on patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage.Methods: 204 patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation stage and meeting CCMD-3 criteria were randomly assigned into intervention group(n = 102) and control group(n = 102).Intervention group was treated by drug treatment combined with the health education for 6 months,whereas control group was only given the drug treatment for 6 months.The rehabilitation effects were valuated with the Brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),Insight treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),Nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE),and Schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS) before and after the treatment.Results: After the treatment,the scores of BPRS,ITAQ,and SQLS in intervention group were all significantly lower than those before the treatment(P 0.01);the scores of NOSIE total positive factor and the total disease estimation score were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P 0.01).However,there were no significant changes in the scores of all items in control group(P 0.05).Conclusions: For the patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation stage,the health education can improve the clinical efficiency and the quality of life,develop social functions,and promote the rehabilitation.
