富血小板血浆制备后不同时间点检测的血小板聚集率比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Platelet Aggregation Rate at Different Time Points after Rich Platelet Plasma Preparation

摘要 目的 在离心制备富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)的过程中,血小板的聚集活性会下降,但PRP在室温条件下静置一定时间后,其聚集活性会逐步得到恢复,通过比较PRP制备后不同时间段检测的血小板最大聚集率(maximum aggregate rate,MAR),确定PRP制备后检测的最适时间.方法 随机收集40例临床标本,分成5组,分别在PRP制备后即时(15 min),30 min,1,2,3 h等5个不同时间点检测其MAR,并对不同时间点检测的MAR进行方差分析,以检出最大MAR的时间点作为检测的最佳时间.结果 PRP制备后即时(15 min),30 min,1,2,3 h检测的MAR分别为(33.49±18.60)%,(41.08±23.45)%,(41.13±23.60)%,(38.80±22.24)%和(35.10±19.64)%,其中30 min及1 h检测的MAR差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而即时,2 h,3 h组检测的MAR均较低,同30 min和1 h检测结果相比,差异具有统计学显著性意义(P〈0.01).结论 宜在PRP分离后30 min~1 h内检测血小板聚集率. Objective Platelet activity would decreased during the process of preparing for platelet-rich plasma(PRP), but platelet activity would gradually recovered when set aside for a while at the condition of room temperature,compared platelet MAR of different time points after centrifuging, in order to find out the fittest time for the detection of MAR. Methods Clinical specimens of 40 cases were collected, and divided into five groups,detected the MAR of PRP at five different time point shortly after PRP were produced (15 min), 30 min, 1,2,3 h respectively, then these platelet MAR detected at different time points were compared statistically,and confirmed the time point that the highest MAR was detected as the fittest time for recovering of platelet activity or detecting. Results The MAR detected shortly after PRP being prepared (15 min),30 min,1,2,3 h was (33.49±18.60)%,(41.08±23.45)%,(41. 13±23.60)%, (38. 80±22.24)% and (35.10±19.64) respectively. Detecting at 30 rain or 1 h,the MAR of platelet had no significant difference statistically(P〉0. 05). When de- tecting shortly after PRP being prepared,2 h or 3 h, the MAR was lower, compared with the groups of 30 rain or 1 h, the difference was significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion Aggregation rate should be detected within 30 min-1 h after PRP being prepared.
