摘要
目的观察膝骨关节炎（KOA）不同中医证型症状特点的WOMAC评分，为中医辨证分型提供参考依据。方法60例膝骨关节炎患者根据中医辨证分型包括瘀血阻络组、肾虚寒凝组、肾虚髓亏组三种证型各20例。结果KOA患者各证型间在行不平的路、关节活动度、肿胀、疼痛、功能、关节僵硬等方面及WOMAC评分有差异（P〈0．05）。结论KOA患者WOMAC评分系统可作为中医诊断分型的参考指标。
Objective To observe the score receiving from analysing characteristics of different TCM syndrome type and symptoms in knee osteoarthritis through WOMAC score system, which may provide reference basis for the syndrome differentiation of TCM. Methods According to the syndrome differentiation of TCM,60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into three groups ： Blood - stasis obstruction, Deficiency of kidney - Qi accumulation of cold, kidneys - marrow deficiency ,with 20 in each group. Results The patients with knee osteoarthritis in three groups had different WOMAC scores and were different in walking on the uneven road, range of motion, swelling, pain, function, joint stiffness, etc. Conclusion WOMAC scores system can be used as biochemical index for diagnostic classification of TCM in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
