摘要
针对安全有效的管道清洁要求,设计一种高压脉冲气体冲击除垢装置。该装置采用气动控制,利用压缩空气瞬时释放产生的射流与冲击波能量击碎管道内壁的附着物,实现管道除垢。分析装置工作原理及运行过程,应用Matlab和Ansys软件对除垢过程中压强的分布及流动过程进行数值模拟,结果证明该装置除垢技术可行。
A high-pressure pulse gas impact cleaning device is designed to meet requirements in safe and effective pipe-cleaning.This device adopts pneumatic control,and uses the energy of the jet flow and shock wave produced by the instantaneous release of compressed air to smash the attachment on the wall of the pipe so as to achieve the aim of pipe-cleaning.We analyze the working principle and operation process of the device,simulate the distribution and flow of the pressure in pipe-cleaning by the software Matlab and Ansys.All this shows the feasibility of the high-pressure pulsed gas impact descaling technology.
