摘要
针对供水管道内壁形成的生长环使供水水质下降,造成管网二次污染的问题,采用填料式气水脉冲清洗技术对管道进行清洗。通过压力传感器采集管道内的压力数据,并对此进行了分析。此外在相同的进气频率及进水压力下改变进气压力,并分析了其对管道内压力的影响。结果表明,管道内的压力随进气频率而产生周期性变化,并且与进气压力呈线性相关。
Aimed at the decrease of water supply quality by growth ring in internal water supply pipeline which caused the secondary contamination, the washing of pipeline was conducted by packed air-water pulse washing technology. The pressure data in pipeline were collected by pressure sensor and were analyzed. In addition, the intake pressure was changed under same intake frequency and intake pressure, the influence on pipeline pressure was analyzed. The results indicated that the pipeline pressure had periodic changes with intake frequency, and had linear relation with intake pressure.
