摘要
滑靴是采煤机的一个重要零件,铸造质量要求较高,不得有气孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。利用计算机软件V-Cast对滑靴的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,根据模拟结果设计了冒口和浇注系统。结果表明,采用新工艺生产的铸件能消除铸造缺陷,得到了质量合格的铸件。
The slipper is one of the important part of coal winning machine. Its requirement of the casting quality is higher, which should not have pores, shrinkage and other casting defects, The solidification process of the slipper was numerically simulated with the computer software V-Cast. The riser and gating system were designed according to the simulation results. The results show that the casting produced by new process can eliminate those defects and ensure the quality of the casting.
