摘要
采用砂型铸造工艺生产矿车碰头座,铸造工艺复杂,铸件精度低,劳动强度大,生产成本高;而采用消失模铸造工艺生产矿车碰头座,表面质量好,尺寸精度高,加工余量少,劳动强度低,降低了投资和生产成本,增加经济效益。
Use sand-mould casting technique to produce a mine car colliding pedestal,it's technology is complicated,cast's precision is low,intensity of labor is large,and production costs are very great.But use expendable mold casting technique to produce a mine car colliding pedestal,it's surface quality is good,dimensional accuracy is high,working allowance is low,intensity of labor is low.It can be control production cost to improve economic benefit.
