摘要
在生物工艺学课程的长期教学实践中,进行了教学内容、教学模式、多媒体课件、课程网站、实验教学等多方面的改革:①优化和整合出符合教学大纲要求,能反映本学科新成果的课程内容体系;②编制多媒体课件和建设课程教学网站,实现课程教学信息化;③运用问题教学法、案例教学法和传统教学法相结合的形式进行课程教学手段与方法改革,构建以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学模式;④实验教学同步进行改革,优化了实验教学内容,增加了实验教学课时,开设与生物工艺相关的设计创新性实验,培养学生的综合能力和创新能力。
In the process of its teaching practice,teaching reform has been carried out in its teaching content,teaching mode,multimedia courseware,curriculum website,and experimental teaching.A new curriculum content system was set up,which can meet the requirement of biotechnology syllabus and reflect the new achievements in this field;Informatization of teaching contents were realized by making multimedia courseware and constructing course website;Teaching methods were reformed to set up a new student-centered teaching mode; Experimental teaching was reformed synchronously by optimizing the experimental teaching content,increasing the experiment teaching class hour and establishing relevant innovative experiments.
