摘要
高危险性体育项目是指专业技术性强、竞技激烈、风险性大、安全保障要求高的体育项目。高危险性体育项目在开展过程中主要受到市场管理还不规范、监管体系不健全、安全保障较缺乏等因素的制约。化解这些制约因素的积极对策就是对高危险性体育经营机构的设立、运行实施有效的规范和监管。只有从行政、经济、法律多方面加强管理,才能保护高危险性体育市场供需双方的利益,使高危险性体育项目科学安全、健康有序的发展。
Highly risky sports events refer to those which tions, high risks and great demand for safety guarantee. Such are marked by strong professional skills, fierce competi- sports events are restrained by the lack of standardization in market management, imperfect supervision system and deficient means and methods of safety guarantee. The corre- sponding countermeasures should include the strengthening of effective specification and supervision over the establish- ment and operation of the relevant agencies governing such high -risk sports events. Only the reinforcement in the as- pects of administration, economy and legislation can help to protect the interests of both the supply and demand parties so as to assure a safe, healthy and orderly development of such sports events.
