碳素钢和低合金钢波形膨胀节的计算

摘要 针对GB16749-1997和SW6过程设备强度计算软件中,对碳素钢和低合金钢波形膨胀节最小成形有效厚度(S P值)不明确的问题,探讨了腐蚀裕量(C2)对碳素钢和低合金钢波形膨胀节刚度、强度的影响;重新定义了膨胀节的最小成形有效厚度(S P值)的计算式,尝试给出了校核碳钢波形膨胀节有效性的新方法。 In allusion to indefinite problems of the minimally shaped effective thickness (Sp value)of corrugated expansion joint for carbon steel and low alloy steel in GB16749 - 1997 and SW6 for strength calculation software of process equipment, author has discussed the influence of corrosion allow- ance ( C2 )on rigidity/strength of corrugated expansion joint for carbon steel and low alloy steel;has again defined the calculation equation for minimally shaped effective thickness (Sp value)for corrugated expansion joint, has tried to give the new method for checking the effectiveness of corrugated expansion joint of carbon steel.
