摘要
介绍了列文式蒸发器的特点和主要组成部分,重点介绍了蒸发器加热室的结构设计和应力分析。采用GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》常规设计方法和有限元分析方法(用ANSYS软件进行了数值模拟),对加热室的异型筒体结构作了应力分析和强度校核。结果表明,两种方法得到的计算结果都满足相应的强度要求,设计的设备可安全使用。
The characteristics and important components of Levin evaporator are introduced, and the structure design and stress analysis on the calefaction chamber are particularly presented. The standard of GB150-1998 and the Finite Element Analysis are used to analyze and check strength of the specialshaped shell. The results showed that the results meet design requirement and the equipment can be safely applied.
