摘要
结合目前直埋供热管道中“Z”型管段弯头部位附近经常发生破坏漏水等问题,采用具备符合直埋管段受力特点的接触面单元的ANSYS程序对“Z”形管段进行了受力与位移的数值模拟,并同实测结果和简化的理论分析结论进行了对比,发现直埋时“Z”管段受力同地沟时的受力有较大差别,而用接触面单元可以较好模拟其受力特征,因此,在进行管道直埋设计时不宜按地沟敷设理论进行.
Numeric simulation of stresses and displacement of Z section of pipe is made by finite element program ANSYS to control water-leakage which always occurs near the elbow bend. In comparison of measured data with data obtained by simplified theoretical analysis, it is found that stress conditions of the direct burial Z section of pipe are quite different with conditions of pipe laid in the trench. And the contact face element can simulate the stress properties of Z section. In the design of direct burial pipes, the theory for pipe laid in the trench is not applicable.
