动力髋螺钉与防旋近端髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的临床疗效探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨分别使用动力髋螺钉和防旋近端髓内钉对股骨骨折的患者行内固定术的疗效。方法:将2009年1月-2011年9月的86例股骨骨折,根据使用螺钉的种类分成两组,分别称作研究组和对照组。两组都行内固定术,研究组使用防旋近端髓内钉,对照组使用动力髋螺钉。对比手术时间、失血量、骨折愈合时间、在院治疗时间及1年后髋关节功能情况。结果:研究组手术时间、失血量均较对照组少(P<0.05),研究组骨折愈合时间及在院治疗的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组1年后髋关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:就股骨骨折的患者而言,动力髋螺钉和防旋近端髓内钉都是较理想的治疗器材,防旋近端髓内钉在近期疗效方面稍占优势。 Objective:To investigate respectively using the dynamic hip screw and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation and internal fixation of femoral fractures underwent efficacy.Method:January 2009-September 2011,86 cases of femoral fractures were divided into two groups according to the types of screws,the study group and the control group. Dynamic hip screw fixation of both groups within,the study group used the anti-rotation proximal femoral nail. The control group used dynamic hip screw.Compared operative time,blood loss,fracture healing time,time in the hospital for treatment and 1 year after hip.Result:The study group operative time,blood loss were less compared with the control group ideals(P 0.05);study group fracture healing time and time to hospital were shorter than the control group( P 0.05);two groups 1 year after hip function was no significant difference( P 0.05). Conclusion:For patients with femoral fractures,dynamic hip screw and anti-rotation proximal femoral nail is the ideal treatment equipment,anti-spin proximal femoral nail in the near future in terms of efficacy has slight advantage.
