摘要
在合适的表面处理底层上进行TiN离子镀,不但可以提高复合涂层的耐磨耐蚀性,而且能够改善其与基体间的结合强度,本研究拓展了离子镀的应用领域。
Ion Plating of TIN on proper pretreated surfaces is aimed at developing new application. Results show that duplex coatings may not only strong then material surfaces, but also have excellent corrosion resistance.
