摘要
目的 :建立丹参通脉口服液中丹参素含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱YWG C18(10 μm ,4.6mm× 2 5 0mm)。流动相为甲醇 0 .5 %冰醋酸 (1∶8)。紫外检测波长 2 81nm ,流速 1.2ml·min-1。结果 :丹参素的回收率为10 0 .87% ,RSD为 3.5 3% (n =6 )。结论 :方法简便快速准确 ,可作为该制剂的质控方法。
OBJECTIVE:To establish an assay method for danshensu contained in Danshen Tongmai oral liquid.METHODS:HPLC method has been developed.The chromatographic column is YMG C 18 (10 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm). The mobile phase consists of methanol 0.5% acetic acid glacia(1∶8). Detective wavelength is 281nm. The flow rate is 1.2 ml·min -1 .RESULTS:The average recover of danshensu and relative standard deviation are 100.87% and 3.53% ( n =6),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method may be used for quality of the preparation. [
