摘要
目的 测定保心宁软胶囊中丹参素含量。方法 用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定保心宁软胶囊中丹参素含量，0DS-C18（150mm×6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为0．5％冰醋酸-甲醇（87：15），检测波长为280。结果 线性范围为8-60μg／ml（r=0．9997），回归方程为Y=0．2593x＋0．4134，平均回收率为99．83％，RSD为1．48％。结论 该法简便，快速，准确，重现性好。
Objective To establish the method of determining Cryptotanshinone of soft capsule BaoXinNing. Methods HPLC was carried out for determining Cryptotanshinone with column ： ODS-C18 （ 150 Mm×6 mm,5μm）, mobile phase ：0.5 % glacial acetic acid and methanol （87： 15）, wavelength ：280 nm. Results The linearity of Cryptotanshinone was in range of 8 N 60μg/ml（ r = 0. 999 7）, the average recovery rate is 99.61%, and RSD is 1.13%. Conclusion The method is simple, correct and with good reproducibility.
