摘要
从专业发展的一般过程,剖析医生专业发展所形成的专精、自律的医生职业精神和信任、尊重、不伤害等伦理原则与儒家伦理的高度契合,并探索如何使这些因素升华,进而对当代医疗服务产生积极的影响,包括:医道即仁道之实践的儒医理念;亲亲而仁人的儒医情怀;医生是实践仁心的儒医职业观;但导儒医精神,构建医患关系。
From the general process of professional development, this paper analyzed the conjunction between specialization, self - discipline of medical professionalism and ethical principles such as trust, respect, no harm etc and Confucian ethics. The author also explored how these factors made the sublimation of this conjunction and had positive influence on contemporary medical service, including ： the concept of Confucian medicine of being a doctor means the benevolence; the Confucian medicine feelings of loving patients; the Confucian professional concept of medical practice means the practice of benevolence; advocating the spirit of Confucian medicine, build the doctor - patient relationship.
