摘要
健康是人类社会追求的一个永恒主题,而医疗卫生体制改革则是一个世界性难题。在我国现行的医疗卫生体制改革过程中,有两个重要问题需要进行认真深入的伦理讨论——政府、市场与个人三股力量的平衡和医生职业精神的提升。国际社会的一些伦理理论和相关经验可以为这两个问题的解决提供有益的借鉴。
Health is an eternal theme in the pursuit of human society, the health care reform is a difficult problem worldwide as well. In the process of current Chinese health reform, there are two important issues which need to be discussed carefully from the ethical perspectives： How do we balance of the three forces among the government, the market, and individual, and how to enhance professionalism of doctors？. The relevant ethical theories and experiences from some international communities can provide useful lessons for dealing with the two issues.
