摘要
医师作为一种职业,是经济社会发展到一定阶段的产物,有其特有的职业发展历史和时代特色。医师职业的完善和行业自治作为一种内在约束力,会对特定社会的卫生政策、医师行为的选择以及医疗结果产生重大影响。以文献研究为主要方法,从医师职业的历史沿革和国际比较的视域出发,以医师职业化发展源流、职业化在医疗行为中的作用、职业化发展的建设路径为逻辑顺序,探讨在我国现阶段医药卫生体制改革的背景下,医师职业精神的培养与行业自治的发展状况,结论为医师职业化发展是缓和目前医患之间关系紧张、改善医疗过程中医师不道德的行为、提高医疗安全与质量的内在驱动力。
Physician as a kind of profession is a product of economic and social development into a certain stage and has its own development history and times characteristics. Being a kind of internal constraint force, the perfection of the profession of physician and its autonomy will have significant influence on the health policies in society, the behavior selection of physicians, and medical results. The paper takes literature research as the main method and starts from the perspective of the historical evolution and international comparison of physician as a profession. In the logical order of the origin of physicians＇ professionalized development, the effects of professionalization on medical behaviors, and the development path of professionalization, the paper discusses the conditions of physicians＇ professional spirit cultivation and profession autonomy against the background of medical and health system reform in China at the present stage. Then, it concludes that the professionalized development of physicians is an internal driving force to ease the current tension between doctors and patients, improve the unethical behaviors of physicians during medical treatment, and enhance medical safety and quality.
