摘要
介绍了汽车覆盖件模具快速制造技术的现状 ,对研究和开发该技术的对策进行了探析 ,总结出以RMT技术为基础、研究更先进的RMT新方法和新工艺、采用并行工程模式进行开发的对策。并创造性地提出了控制型金属雾化喷射成形与光整技术集成直接快速制造金属模具的方法 ,简要阐述了其原理 ,说明该方法是一种具有广阔应用前景的先进工艺方法。
The present status of the rapid manufacturing technology(RMT) of automobile panel die is introduced. The approach to research and development of the RMT is discussed.Based on the RMT,the more advanced new methods and process of RMT with the current engineering mode are presented.The process of rapid directly manufacturing metal tooling by controlled metal atomizing and spray forming integrated with finishing technology is proposed,and its principle is expatiated.
