摘要
转移、复发是肝癌研究的重中之重，近年来，越来越多的研究资料表明趋化因子受体CX-CR4（Chemokine receptor-4，CXCR4）可能在肝细胞肝癌侵袭、转移过程中扮演着重要角色，CXCR4有望成为肝细胞肝癌骨转移的预测标志之一，本文结合国内外最新报道做一综述。
Recurrence and metastasis are key issues in research on hepatecellular carcinoma. Recently, more and more research tell us that CXCR4 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of HCC,and it even could be an important predictor for the bone metastasis of HCC. In this review, we summarize the latest progress ,both domestic and overseas on this research.
