前列腺癌组织中CXCR4、VEGF的表达变化及意义

摘要 目的观察前列腺癌组织中趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测43例前列腺癌组织和10例癌旁组织中的CXCR4和VEGF。结果 CX-CR4与VEGF在前列腺癌旁组织和癌组织中的表达均增高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两者在前列腺癌组织中表达均与病理分级、TNM分期及有无骨转移有关(P均<0.05);两者表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌组织中CXCR4与VEGF高表达可能在前列腺癌的侵袭、转移中起重要作用,联合检测两者有助于前列腺癌的预后评估。
