摘要
通过改变热处理工艺参数,研究了热处理工艺对27S iMn油缸组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经不同温度淬、回火后,沿缸体截面的硬度呈U形分布;缸体壁厚的中部区域组织为铁素体+珠光体;缸体壁厚的内、外表层组织为回火屈氏体/回火索氏体,860℃淬火后的组织同时有残留铁素体。860℃淬火530℃回火时的强韧性最佳。
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 27SiMn steel oil cylinder were investigated.Results show that the hardness distribution along the cylinder wall presents U-shaped curve.The microstructure in central section of the cylinder wall consists of ferrite and pearlite,and in the innner or outer wall layer consists of tempered troostite/sorbite.There is the additional retained ferrite preserved in the microstructure of the samples austenized at 860 ℃.The sample quenched at 860 ℃ and tempered at 530 ℃,a preferable combination of strength and toughness can be obtained.
