摘要
详细论述了重金属元素铅 (Pb)、镉 (Cd)、砷 (As)、汞 (Hg)、银 (Ag)等在食 (药 )用菌中的含量、分布、富集机理、富集途径等方面的研究情况 ,以及食 (药 )用菌中存在重金属元素的潜在危害 ,并指出食 (药 )用菌富集重金属现象的应用前景。
The research conditions of the content, distribution, bio accumulation theory and accumulation pathway of heavy metal elements, such as Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Ag, in edible fungi were described in detail. While the potential danger and the application prospect of heavy metal element accumulation ability of edible fungi were also pointed out in this paper.
