摘要
螺旋藻生长速度快,培养简便,可将无机锌转化为利于人体吸收的有机锌,从而获得富含有机锌的螺旋藻。从藻、pH值、光照强度、锌盐、Zn2+浓度等方面,简要综述螺旋藻富集转化锌的研究现状。
Spirulina grow fast and are proned to culture, which can bring inorganic zinc into organic zinc the body absorbed easily, thus we can obtain the zinc-rich organic spirulina. Review on the factors affecting Spirulinaplatensis of bioaccumulated Zn are made. Spirulina, pH, light intersity, Zinc salt and consentation of Zinc, all play important roles in the culture of Spirulinaplatensis of bioaccumulated Zn.
