摘要
研究从药材姜黄中高效的提取姜黄素的最佳工艺方法,提高姜黄素的提取量。利用正交实验法优选姜黄素的超声提取工艺。超声功率40 W,浓度为75%的甲醇,1∶15的固液比(即75 mL提取溶剂),提取45 min,效果较好。
Objective: To improve the extraction of curcumin, the esearch of medicine and efficient extraction of curcumin in eurcuma optimum method was studied using the method of orthogonal experiment optimization ultrasonic extraction technology of curcumin. The result showed that the ultrasonic power of 40 W, the concentration of 75% methanol, 1 : 15 solid -liquid ratio (75 mL) extraction solvent, extraction of 45 rain, the effect was better.
