摘要
分析了团队学习与个人学习的关系,从团队学习与个人学习显性知识与隐性知识互相促进的角度,创新构建了团队学习与个人学习互促进四循环模型,并分析了模型显显转移、隐隐转移、显隐转移、隐显转移四循环的作用机理,以及推动各个基本循环的输送促进、互动促进、聚合促进、共享促进的措施。
Analysis of the relationship between team learning and individual learning, From the promote each other's point of view on explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of team learning and individual learning, innovative building the model of promote each other four cycles on team learning and individual learning. And analysis the mechanism of four cycle' s model, that is the transfer of explicit-to-explicit, tacit-to-tacit, explicit-to-tacit and tacit-to-explicit. And also analysis all the basic cycles' transport promotion, interact promotion, group promotion and share promo- tion measures.
