摘要
课程设计是体现食品机械与设备课程教学目标的重要环节。文章结合食品类专业人才培养要求和学生特点,从设计内容、设计方法、考核手段等方面进行食品机械与设备课程设计教学实践进行探讨,试图通过改革使得本课程的教学更符合食品专业的特点,从而来提升该课程设计的教学水平与教学效果。
The curriculum design is reflected an important part of the goal of the course of food machinery and equipments.In the paper,considering the personnel training of food professional and the characteristics requirements of students,we have made teaching practice in the design contents,design approach and assessment methods,trying to makes the course teaching more in line with the characteristics of the food professional,and thus improves the teaching level and teaching effect of this course.
