摘要
通过尿素合成工艺原理及流程概述为基础,探讨了当前水溶液全循环法、二氧化碳汽提法和氨汽提法等三种尿素合成工艺的特点以及影响尿素合成工艺的因素,并对如何提升尿素合成转化率提出了相应的对策建议。
Through the urea synthesis process principles and processes outlined as a basis to discuss the current total recycle water,carbon dioxide and ammonia stripping stripping urea synthesis process,three characteristics and factors affecting the urea synthesis process,and how enhance the conversion rate of urea synthesis put forward corresponding countermeasures.
