摘要
系统论述了尿素合成过程的机理,详细讨论了尿素合成塔中的混合过程和反应过程,重点针对水溶液全循环法尿素合成工艺中存在的主要问题进行了客观评价,指出了目前普遍存在的工艺缺陷,给出了可行的解决方案。利用本文提出的"均相反应理论",有望对尿素合成的理念带来全新的认识,对于传统的工艺设计带来全新的改变,达到提高反应效率和节约能源的目的。
A systematic description is given of the mechanism of urea synthesis, a detailed discussion is made on the mixing and reaction course in the urea reactor, an objective assessment is made of the main problems in urea synthesis by the aqueous solution total recycle process in particular, the present process draw-backs in general are pointed out, and a feasible solution is given. By means of the "homogeneous reaction theory" proposed in this article, a wholly new under-standing will hopefully be brought forward of the idea of urea synthesis, and a brand new charge will take place in the conventional process design, accomplishing the aim of improvement on reaction efficiency and energy conservation.
