摘要
从尿素合成塔内件和尿素合成工艺的发展及改进入手,详细论述了尿素合成塔内的反应过程。通过分析,得出了影响尿素合成塔内CO2转化率的主要因素。着重对UTI工艺的特点进行了剖析,指出了该工艺所体现出的较高优越性的核心所在。针对尿素合成塔内的混合问题,提出了新的思路,以期提高水溶液全循环法尿素生产工艺的水平。
By starting with the development and modification of the internals in the urea synthesis converter and the urea synthesis process, the reaction process in the urea synthesis converter is discussed in detail. Through analysis the main factors are found which affect the CO2 conversion in the urea synthesis converter. An analysis is made of the UTI process, with emphasis on its special features, and the core is pointed out of its superiority embodied. In connection with mixing in the converter new thinking is proposed, so as to raise the level of urea production by the process of total recycle of aqueous solution.
