摘要
在概括移动通信技术发展历程的基础上,利用"Innography专利信息检索分析平台"从技术标准的角度,对中美两国受理的4G移动通信技术专利进行全面检索,并形成研究所需要的专利数据库,然后从年度趋势、技术领域(IPC)、申请人、发明人、国别分布和专利权人综合竞争力等方面,对中美两国4G移动通信技术专利布局进行比较研究,从而为中国4G移动通信技术的发展提供指导借鉴。
The article analyzes the patent activities of 4G mobile communication technology based on patent map between China and the U. S.. Using the related patent documents collected from ＂The Platform of Innography＂ , from the perspective of key technological stand- ards of 4G, the patent database was constructed, and then an analysis of the patent information of 4G mobile communication was made from the aspects of global distribution, annual trend, technological fields （ IPC ）, leading applicants 0 main inventors, country distribution and comprehensive competitiveness of assignees. Some conclusions would be valuable for Chinese 4G mobile communication industry.
