摘要
从论文属性和国别分布两个角度，对CSSE领域在2000-2009年的期刊论文和会议论文展开了对比分析。结果发现：期刊论文与会议论文数量都呈增长趋势，后者增速更快但更不稳定；期刊论文的整体质量要高于会议论文：我国会议论文数量增长速度快于期刊论文，但会议论文质量明显低于其他主要国家。本文研究结果将为加强科研管理提供参考依据。
This paper made a comparative analysis between periodical paper and proceedings literature in Computer Sci- ence Software Engineering field （2000-2009）, from two perspectives： trends within （ 1 ） paper attributes and （2） individual countries. The results showed that： firstly, the number of periodical paper and proceedings literature both has a growing trend, and the latter grows faster and more unstable. Secondly, the overall quality of periodical papers is better than confer- ence papers. Thirdly, the quality of proceedings literature from China is obviously lower than that of other major countries. The purpose of this study is to provide decision-making basis for conference paper evaluation, academic conference manage- ment, etc.
