摘要
通过运用DEA-Tobit分析法对安徽省科技资源配置效率及其影响因素进行评价分析,并将安徽省科技资源配置效率同全国其他省份进行对比,得出安徽省科技资源配置效率近年来总体提升、但各市配置效率差距明显、高端人才对安徽省科技资源配置效率影响较大等结论。
In this paper,the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in Anhui Province and its influencing factors are analyzed by using DEA-Tobit analysis method.Then,a comparative analysis between the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in Anhui Province and those of other provinces in China is performed.Finally,some conclusions are drawn including that the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in Anhui Province has generally improved in recent years;there are obvious gaps between each cities in the allocation efficiency of resources;highend talent has an important impact on the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in Anhui Province.
